CHB Psychotherapy offers bespoke 1:1 sessions tailored to your immediate needs. Each session is guided by what you need. Some sessions may be reflective and conversational. Others may go deeper into emotional processing or pattern work. These may include:

 Understanding the patterns that keep repeating in your relationships and behaviours. By seeing them clearly, you can begin to respond differently instead of reacting automatically.

Nervous System Regulation

Supporting your body to move out of overwhelm, tension, or shutdown. This helps you feel more stable, present, and able to respond instead of react.

The Rebel Method is a 3-session therapeutic process designed to help you break emotional patterns at their root. We work through the three core stages that shape how you relate, love, and show up in your life:

Childhood

Your childhood is the foundational stage where your emotional programming was formed, establishing the subconscious scripts that guide your reactions for a lifetime.

Adolescence

During adolescence, your initial emotional programming shifted into a phase where you adapted and created unconscious loyalties to specific social roles and family dynamics to ensure a sense of belonging.

Adulthood

Adulthood is where these patterns repeat through familiar cycles and where you learn to break them to forge a new path.
